Just two days before the season opener, the Scouts and the Canadiens have completed the season’s first trade, exchanging a pair of 2nd-round selections.

The Scouts have acquired BurLsda, while the Canadiens pick up JSBrewski in a straight-up deal. Both players were 2nd-round picks and are expected to have an immediate impact in their new lineups.

The addition of JSBrewski creates a trio of Brewers that are hungry for their first GHL rings. While both players in the trade are 4 days availability, JSBrewski has more positions on his card making him more flexible. The question remains-which brother will man the dot?
Trade Grade: A-

BurLsda continues his streak of being traded. The scouts get one of the leagues most impressive fast break players who they can pair with CaptainFrat591 or DripVonSplsh offensively to put some goals in the back of the net. The Canadiens retained 1m on Burls with the trade as well which gives the Scouts extra cap space to work with for the remainder of the season. Don’t sleep on BurLs at defense.
